No More Desire ™ Porn Addiction Recovery
No More Desire ™ Porn Addiction Recovery
by Jake Kastleman
What have you tried so far to quit porn? Accountability buddies, talk therapy, internet filters, church or religious programs, or mindfulness techniques to 'get rid of cravings'… Many of these have merit, but they're often missing key elements for long-lasting sobriety. It isn’t enough to just “stop watching porn”. Porn addiction is a symptom of deeper, underlying challenges that I address using evidence-based psychological and behavioral practices. My mission isn't just to help people overcome porn addiction, but to give them each step to establish a recovery mindset and lifestyle. This is done using hands-on, daily exercises that retrain the brain and forge new habits that last a lifetime. Once this mindset and lifestyle are established, the desire for porn naturally fades. To discover how to stop porn addiction, join my Intensive Porn Addiction Recovery Program at nomoredesire.com/program

Healing Headquarters | Nervous System Healing, Letting Go of Control, Emotional Release, Stop Overfunctioning, Somatic Affirm
Healing Headquarters | Nervous System Healing, Letting Go of Control, Emotional Release, Stop Overfunctioning, Somatic Affirm
Are you exhausted from carrying everything on your shoulders—managing, striving, and trying to hold it all together? Do you feel directionless, disconnected, or overwhelmed? Are you craving peace and a life aligned with your true purpose? I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome to Healing Headquarters, the podcast that helps women trade overwhelm for peace by reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit. Here, you’ll learn how to quiet your mind, listen to the messages your body is sending, and move beyond the blocks that are keeping you stuck. From nervous system regulation to spiritually aligned practices that honor your values and your natural rhythms, you’ll walk away with practical tools to build presence, clarity, and lasting inner healing. Hi, I’m Amy—mom, wife, homeschooler, nurse, author, entrepreneur, and follower of Christ. For six long years, my children and I battled intense health challenges. We tried everything: doctor-led elimination plans, medications, supplements, workshops, natural remedies—you name it. Nothing brought more than temporary relief. I felt trapped in my own body, hopeless, and afraid my kids would live the same way. Deep down, I knew this wasn’t sustainable…and that something was missing. Eventually, I realized I’d been searching everywhere outside myself for answers, when God had placed everything I needed within. When I began asking the hard questions, listening inward, and implementing holistic techniques, everything shifted. I found my inner voice—and with it, a peace I had never known. Today, my family and I live free from allergies, pain, and constant struggle. We experience an abundance of hope, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, time, and purpose—regardless of what’s happening around us. And I’m here to help you experience the same transformation. If you’re ready to align your mind, body, and spirit by… ✨ Swapping overwhelm for peace ✨ Quieting your mind ✨ Tuning into what your body is telling you ✨ Moving through what has kept you blocked and stuck …then this is the podcast for you. After working deeply with clients, friends, and family—and continuing to grow in my own journey—I knew it was time to pick up a microphone and help even more people find healing. Shift your energy from chaotic to calm and step into your healing journey. It’s time to come home to yourself.

Emotional Sobriety: The Next Step in Recovery
Emotional Sobriety: The Next Step in Recovery
by Allen Berger & Thom Rutledge
Bill Wilson, co-founder of Alcoholic's Anonymous, wrote in 1952, "If we examine every disturbance we have, great or small, we will find at the root some unhealthy dependence and its consequent demand." Wilson suggested that if we could identify and continually surrender these unrealistic and unrecognizable demands, that we may then be able to accomplish what he imagined to be recovery's next frontier - something he called emotional sobriety. Flash forward 70 years, and join psychotherapists and best-selling authors Thom Rutledge and Dr. Allen Berger, who have taken up the mantle of exploring Bill Wilson's new frontier. Welcome to Emotional Sobriety.

Wife On The Rocks I Gaslighting, Addiction, Codependency, Al Anon, Alcoholism, Recovery
Wife On The Rocks I Gaslighting, Addiction, Codependency, Al Anon, Alcoholism, Recovery
Did you marry the man of your dreams, only to find alcohol seeping into every part of your family? As a woman of faith committed to your vows, do you struggle to walk out your convictions amidst the chaos and confusion devastating your marriage? Do you wish you had someone to confide in without judgment, consequences, or the well-meaning but worst advice ever? Despite your relentless efforts, do you feel betrayed, stuck in a cycle, praying for a breakthrough, and wondering if things will really be okay? Same here. In this podcast, you will find hope regardless of your current situation. Each week, your spirit will be lifted as you recognize you are NOT in this battle alone. You will come to know that only through Him can you learn to model a much-needed peaceful presence to your children, whose little hearts are also wondering if things will be okay. My mission is to share my experience, strength, and hope with women like me who are praying for a breakthrough. The Lord’s light shines even in the darkness of addiction, and the darkness cannot overcome it. I am a wife, a homeschooling momma, and a woman who has learned that nothing is impossible for God. I sometimes wish that I hadn’t had to learn all of this while enduring circumstances I would rather not have gone through, but would my faith be this strong without the trials? I laugh thinking that while you listen, you might mistakenly assume that I have it “all figured out,” because if I am honest, I still can’t figure out how to keep track of my phone most days. However, I have found a peace that surpasses understanding, and I want to share everything God has taught me with you as you navigate this road. Applying the Bible to my situation allows me to shift my eyes off the problem and refocus on my God who can redeem and restore otherwise hopeless situations. Psalms 55:22 tells us, “Cast your burdens on the Lord and he will sustain you. He will not permit the righteous to be moved.” In the eye of the storm, it is hard to have the right perspective when you are walking on eggshells every day, trying to keep your family together! I suspect I am not alone here, and if you can relate to anything I have said, then this podcast is for you. Nothing changes if nothing changes, right? :) So, if you are ready to experience a breakthrough, listen up. You do not have to do this alone, and you didn’t find this podcast by accident. Take a deep breath, even when it seems impossible. Be willing to trust that God can do more than you even imagine, right where you are today, which is so far from where you wanted to be. I know you are running everywhere and doing everything for everyone, but THIS moment of rest is for you! Allow me to serve you a little Peace on the Rocks.

Hey Beautiful, I’m Lisa, Warrior of God, Wife, Mom, “Gigi” to 5 really rockin grands and your Christian Trauma Coach. When I married my knight in shining armor, I was certain we were both happily in love. Everyone looked at us as the storybook couple. We were living the dream, or so I thought. Then the unimaginable happened. My world imploded. In an instant, my life, my marriage, my confidence was shattered into a million pieces when I discovered my husband was having an affair. The devastation was beyond words. “How could he do this to me?!” “Why?!” “Was this my fault?” “How will I ever get over this?” The questions swirled chaotically in my head. Meanwhile, my heart wondered if I would ever stop hurting, “Will this pain ever go away?” I felt lost, alone, and confused. I didn’t know where to turn or what to do. But I knew I needed a plan. I’ve been where you are Beautiful. I know the pain and devastation sexual betrayal brings into your life. I know the agony of having the one you love so dearly betray you at the deepest level. But I also know the hope and healing that awaits you. I know just how faithful God is to restore to an even BETTER YOU! The journey from devastation to restoration has not been easy, but God has held my hand, and even carried me at times along the way. He showed me the way to true healing, helped me develop a plan, and I rediscovered the beautiful woman He created me to be. I’ve learned that our pain, though it is great, has a greater purpose. My tragedy is now my triumph. And I have the greatest privilege of offering hope and healing to Christian Women who suffer enormous trauma and loss by the impact of marital betrayal. If you are ready to heal the devastation from betrayal, rebuild trust in yourself and others, learn proven techniques that will help you release the trauma that has you stuck, and rise in confidence as a Beautiful woman of God - this podcast is definitely for you! Intimacy After Infidelity | Cut Contact, Rebuild Trust, Shed Shame, Avoid Divorce, Forgiveness for Adultery
Intimacy After Infidelity | Cut Contact, Rebuild Trust, Shed Shame, Avoid Divorce, Forgiveness for Adultery
The go-to podcast for Christian women who are ready to heal their hearts, shed their shame, and come home to freedom in Christ. Ranked Top 2.5% Globally Do you ever wish someone would truly see you, not look past you or through you? Are you lying awake at night wondering if your marriage can survive infidelity...or if it’s time to let go? Are you exhausted from Googling answers, trying to fix things, and still feeling unheard, unseen, and stuck in shame? You’re not alone. And you’re in the right place. This podcast is a sacred, steady space for women navigating betrayal, emotional disconnection, separation, or the aftermath of an affair, who want more than surface-level faith answers. Here, we talk honestly about the heart, the body, the soul, and the brain, and what it actually looks like to let Jesus heal what’s been wounded. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Kristina Joy, forgiven daughter of Jesus, mom, and coach. For years, I tried to break free from my own infidelity through sheer willpower, ”doing more,” and striving to be better. I read my Bible more. I tried to behave my way into freedom. None of it worked. Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix myself and allowed Jesus to meet me in the deeper places like my pain, my patterns, my unmet needs. Through prayer, research, embodied healing practices, and new rhythms of truth and grace, I discovered real freedom. Not just from the affair, but from shame, secrecy, and self-abandonment. On this podcast, you’ll find: A reminder that your dignity, worth, and identity are not up for debate Emotional and nervous-system awareness for real transformation Coaching guidance for clarity, boundaries, communication, and trust Gentle truth for women deciding what restoration actually means for them Whether your marriage is being rebuilt or released, you are allowed to heal. You are allowed to choose freedom. You are allowed to become whole. If you’re ready to: Stop living in secrecy and self-condemnation Experience God’s love without fear or striving Break familiar patterns for good Live with clarity, strength, dignity, and peace Then take a breath, find your safe space, and press play. This is where healing begins and where you come home to yourself, with Jesus. --- Let’s Connect: Facebook community: www.facebook.com/groups/intimacyafterinfidelity Instagram: www.instagram.com/kristinajoycoaching Email: kristina@kristinajoycoaching.com Let’s work together: www.kristinajoycoaching.com

Ronni and Jennie: Conversations on Recovery from Childhood Trauma and Abuse
Ronni and Jennie: Conversations on Recovery from Childhood Trauma and Abuse
Ronni and Jennie are sisters who were not supposed to be friends. They grew up in a home with addiction, abuse, and untreated mental illness, which generated dysfunctional dynamics that often pitted them against each other. Miraculously, they came together in adulthood to help each other heal. Now, drawing on their personal and professional experiences, they are telling their story to help others recover from childhood trauma and abuse, and to help them mend their own sibling relationships. They invite you to join them in this healing conversation. Please feel free to share your own experiences, or ask questions, via their website: www.ronniandjennie.com (other free content is also available there), or follow them on Instagram: @ronni_and_jennie. Ronni Tichenor is Professor Emeritus of Sociology at State University of New York--Polytechnic Institute, specializing in family studies; Jennie Weaver is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years' experience in family practice and mental health. They detail their story in their book, Healing Begins with Us: Breaking the Cycle of Trauma and Abuse and Rebuilding the Sibling Bond.

Social Media Sobriety | Revamped
I survived college without social media... then decided to get it back. Social Media Sobriety is a funny, honest podcast about how the internet messes with our brains, beliefs, dating lives and more. Through interviews and deep dives into topics like religion, media bias, and modern relationships, I explore how social media shapes what we think (and overthink). TheWillpowerPodcast with Will Gordon
TheWillpowerPodcast with Will Gordon
by Will Gordon
Sobriety podcast featuring real addiction recovery stories and practical tools that actually work. I'm Will Gordon. Boston school teacher, two-time organ transplant survivor, and a guy who used to hide vodka bottles in places I don't even like remembering. At 35, my liver and kidneys were done. Doctors said weeks, maybe less. Transplants gave me a second shot. Sobriety gave me everything else. This isn't some shiny recovery show. It's raw conversations about what addiction actually feels like, how messy getting sober really is, and the quiet moments that slowly pull you back to life. Every Friday I talk with people who've been to the edge - some still hanging on by their fingernails - and we unpack the doubts, the small wins, the tools that actually work when everything else fails. If you're fighting cravings, questioning if it's worth it, or just need to hear someone who gets it... this is for you. Real stories. Real tools. No bullshit. AND ALWAYS with Respect and Compassion. 🎧 New Episodes Every Friday: One listen could reframe your life. 🙏 Every donation helps keep this content going and reaching the people who need it most. → https://buymeacoffee.com/thewillpowerpodcast JOIN THE MOVEMENT: • YouTube: @TheWillpowerPodcast (full video eps—subscribe for the visuals that hit harder). • Audio Platforms: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Audible • Instagram: @thewillpowerpodcast (daily Reels, tips, and community vibes). • TikTok: @willgordonsober • Connect Direct: thewillpowerpodcast@gmail.com.
